Hey everyone! Some great news! After my guest spot at Purple Rose Tattoo Studio in Bristol I had such a good time I decided to go and work there permanently! Everyone there is so nice and the studio and atmosphere are amazing!
I also got to make some great tattoos last week!
A grey lop rabbit on Tara who sat like a champ for it!
And I also go to make Jess’ little pirate bear Alice the Shitzu so she has her forever now!
I got a healed photo of the start of Zoe’s horsey before I coloured it and made it all swollen again! One more session and it’ll be finished and I can show yall how fancy it’s looking!
I’m doing my best at keeping this blog updated. I feel pretty inspired again after the last couple of weeks so expect even more!!

Long time since the last post. This is because I’ve been moving house a million times, travelling and working too much I guess. Although this time I have also been trying to get a social life now I’m all settled in Bristol, and I’ve almost managed it so I thought it was about time for an update.
I’ve been working at Southmead Tattoo in Bristol and have worked on some lovely people and fun tattoos since last August.
I’ve done several super fun guest spots at Legacy Ink, Nevermore, Death’s door AND Bada Bink Tattoo Firm in Singapore.
At Legacy I got tattooed by Mike and Josh
How lush is my moth palm by Josh Hurrell? It caned but he was super gentle about it!
Also on the same day Mike tattooed me a pisshead toucan! Only linework and black got done but colour in two weeks at my next guest spot there! I still have spaces there too if anyone from Haverhill wants a tattoo š
Congratulations to Mike and Emily too who recently got married!
I visited my pal Lou at Death’s door tattoo in Brighton and I’ll hopefully be going back later in the year once my diary clears up a bit.
Whilst I was there I finished Shaun’s phoenix. Hopefully healed photos soon!
I had my stomach carried on by the wonderful Hayley JJ at Southmead in Bristol. Still more to go but I couldn’t be happier with it! She’s got a real gentle touch, definitely check her work out!
I recently did this rose tattoo in Bristol on the lovely Laura at the weekend!It is a tribal cover up. It only took an hour and a half. I’d love to do more cover ups with a bit of artistic freedom!
I’m currently having phone trouble so I can’t upload any of the older Bristol photos but expect those in a separate blog post as well as My Singapore photos if you’re interested!

So last week I got to do a guest spot at Legacy Ink in Haverhill. It’s home to some of the best Tattoo artists in the UK and therefore pretty intimidating to a worry-pig like me. I needn’t have worried though, everyone there was super hard working, humble and generally lovely. They made me feel really at home and took me on some GHOST HUNTS (those of you who know me know how much I love shitting myself up with ghost stories!)
I got to make some lovely tattoos whilst I was up in Suffolk, and got booked up really fast! So it means I will be going back in the new year!
I made this cockatoo tattoo on the talented apprentice/jr artist Jess Ashby, she wanted a tattoo to remind her to have fun and not get so stressed out about tattooing!
And I got to make this palindromic TacocaT tattoo for Ed
He loves the weird ones! And so do I
I’d love to tattoo more animal/food style tattoos!
I did a few more bud sadly did not get a decent photo of ANYTHING because I am a monster.
Anyway, I enjoyed my guest spot immensely but it is good to be home in Bristol again. I have tonsillitis at the moment (hense the crazy blog updatathon) but can’t wait to be tattooing full pelt again.

I am currently splitting my time between Black Rabbit Tattoo Collective in Newbury, Arkham Tattoo in Kidlington (Oxford) and O’ Happy Dagger in Amersham. Due to the odd working hours, and the crazy but lovely response to my recent work I’m totally booked up until the new year
I will probably be moving house in january so I have closed my books temporarily to avoid having to disappoint/rearrange anyone

I will be putting on my facebook page when I’m opening up my books again this will most likely be on the 20th November. Ongoing work and prepaid deposits will get first priority, but I will be taking on new work too.
If you want a new piece and don’t mind waiting until January/February for it please email back in a couple of months including
Subject matter- and how specific or open you are for me to go crazy on your design
Style ( just say my style if you like all my other stuff š )
Size- in inches or cm OR “full sleeve” “full leg” and “full back”
Placement
Whether you want it in Colour or black and grey
Length of time you can feasibly sit
any reference material you have amassed-these could include things like olour schemes, poses of birds or happy little pet faces.
If it is a cover up, a photo of your existing tattoo next to a ruler or an easily recognised object such as a DELICIOUS BISCUIT (everyone knows how big a custard cream is)
Where you are based, which studio would be more convenient for you and whether you are willing to travel.
What days suit you best, weekends tend to get booked up super fast so if you can do weekdays you will probably get in faster.
If you include all this information it will be super easy to get you in as soon as possible š
My prices for new work will be- Ā£50 minimum charge, Ā£90 per hour or Ā£400 for a full day. To book a day I require a Ā£100 deposit, anything less will be a Ā£50 deposit. These are payable by paypal or bank transfer- you can get the details on request
If you are an existing customer, please include a photo of what you already have (so i can remember how far we’ve gotten!) and how long you want to sit for, as well as how much you currently have on deposit. Existing work does have priority and will be charged at old pricing rates!

So the first week back in Jericho Tattoo Emporium was a great one.
Got a bit more done on Aubrey’s Jackelope Sleeve
Also got a healed shot of Jessie’s Flamingo tattoo
and started another tattoo on her too, a large peacock piece! Can’t wait to show you a photo of that next time she comes to Oxford.
And I got some more done on Victoria’s little mermaid tattoo
It’s my day off today, a busy one of course but after I get all my little jobs, drawing, sketching, updates and emails done I might go and have a little wander round Oxford.

Well, seeing as things are pretty busy at the moment I’ve only signed up to do two conventions next year. The Tattoo Tea Party in Manchester on the last weekend in Feb.
I’m already booked on the Saturday/Sunday but still have a full day on the Friday, love to do a full day but I’m open to a few littler pieces too š
The next one is the Cardiff Tattoo and Toy convention in July
Which I signed up for at the end of the con this year as I had such a good time. No bookings for this yet apart from Lori, but I’d like to do a couple of film-themed pieces. Will be doing some movie flash if I can’t get booked up though so walk-ups may very well be welcome!
Now if anyone from far and wide would like me to come to a convention near them nearer the end of the year I might be open to sign up with HelenĀ so do feel free to send me a message and I’ll see what I can do!

So I am back from Borneo refreshed and rejuvenated, I don’t know what I’d do if I wasn’t coming back to my beautiful studio and tattooing such good people. This week has been full of good stuff, I’ve started some new amazing tattoos, added to some older ones and almost finished a couple!
I’ll start with Simon’s skull, he wanted a dark mark but not in the prison style tattoo. He definitely wanted something super badass. Harry Potter tattoos win.
and while he and Kirstie were in Oxford Ā I got a decent photo of Kirstie’s unfinished spooky lady tattoo
So the big news is obviously that Helen started at the Oxford studio before I went on holiday and she has been thriving! So if anyone wants to get a tattoo by an amazing tattoo artist without a zillion year waiting list then you should definitely take a look at herĀ Website.

Hey everyone, it’s been a busy few weeks! I had a great time at the Cardiff tattoo and toy conventionĀ with Madame Silver and the guys from Black rabbit.
We met Jack sparrow, Darth Vader and a bunch of sexy stormtroopers. Mmm tall.IĀ tattooed this lovely mardy poodle lady on Lori-Jade
I didn’t get a photo of it so I stole this off Lori’s IG, you should follow her if you love vintage clothes, greyhounds and sexy pinup ladies. The whole convention was full of amazing tattooists- in fact some of the best tattoo artists in the country. It was really intimidating, but so inspirational at the same time. I’ll be going back next year. Thankyou to everyone who came to say hello/supported me.
I’ve been pretty busy since getting back, I’ve done some really fun tattoos. I started this lovely day of the dead pinup.
I’ve been trying out some new equipment and techniques lately and just having fun with things and I’ve loved the results. Here are some peacock feathers I managed to start and finish in the same session.

Aaaaand breathe! So the female tattoo show is coming up in September, I’ll be working it with a tonne of really good friends and lots of other sexy ladeez. I’m also looking forward to our guest artists!
In other news I’ve taken on an APPRENTICE! OMG. She’s showing some real potential and helping me out no end with my emails/workload at the shop, Follow her on her Instagram to see how she develops!

I hope everyone had a good Christmas and new year! I did, I got very drunk, received a cheeseboard and my boyfriend dressed in drag! Hurray!
Well good news, the new tattoo parlour in Oxford should be all set up and ready to go by the 11th of February so I’m now taking tattoo bookings for February and March! Email me via the contact form on this site if you’d like to book in.
